Dr. Terry Whitten

terry_whitten_bioDr. Terry Whitten graduated from the University of Oregon in 1982 with a B.A. degree. She continued her education at the Oregon Health Services Medical School, graduating in 1986.

From 1986 to 1987, Dr. Whitten served as an intern at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. For the next three years, she was a part of the residency program in Obstetrics & Gynecology at Vanderbilt.

In 1990, Dr. Whitten returned to Oregon and was a physician with the Women’s Care Associates until 1994. Later that same year, she returned to Columbia to partner with Karen Davis in the Middle Tennessee Women’s Health Group.

She and her husband Jerry live in Columbia with their three daughters: Savannah, McKenzie and Grace. Dr. Whitten enjoys traveling, hiking, and photography with her husband and children.
